Our Venue
Courses take place in and around a specially designed ecological house (casa ecologica), which enables us to live and teach in an environment of peace and tranquillity free from pollution and rich in natural habitat
We have caves and Medicine Wheel on our land as well as meditation space. Courses take place on our land where we may enter the 'dark cave of transformation' or explore two other underworld caves. The large outdoor Medicine Wheel is energetically linked to our Crystal teaching room and the cave making a trine of energy similar to the Three Hearthstones of Creation revealed in our book 'Maya Shamans - Travellers in Time'. For your moments of silent beauty you may rest in hammocks or on rocky outcrops under fragrant pine trees in 'the place of the wind'. Nighttime Vision Quests are accompanied by clear starlit skies. Summer evenings are pleasantly warm for delicious meals on the shady terrace. There is a plunge pool and meditation space.
We are an hour northwest from Malaga airport at the gateway to the beautiful Sierra de las Nieves mountain range. The house is secluded; set among pine, carob and olive trees. Short Toed Eagles seek thermals above and myriads of beautiful wild flowers colour the mountainside from early February onwards making it particularly attractive to artists, environmentalists, walkers, and birdwatchers. The quality of light, sky and clouds provide a stunning backdrop for course participants and visitors alike.
From our venue it is possible to take day trips to the coast or to other inviting inland attractions such as the lakes at El Chorro, dolmens at Antequerra and the beautiful town of Ronda. Course participants may extend their stay by arrangement in order to
include such visits after the course. Although this is essentially our home we also occasionally take visitors on a
work exchange / community experience basis.
We provide simple accommodation in either a wooden cabana with breathtaking views to Sierra and sea, a traditional decorated Yurt, two modern clean caravans or camping facilities.Other accommodation available nearby.
We are therapists / healers and, with the exception of when we are running courses, give Sound and Colour Therapy, Chakra energy centre balancing and Crystal Healing
